The black moon wolf pack She was running as fast as she could with her little feet, lifting her dress to run a little faster to the playground which was a little near a small beach where she was sure her best friend Christabel was. Finally, after desperately pleading with her mother Luna Rachel of the Black Moon pack to keep her locked up like a little princess inside her castle, she was set free. A soft breeze hit her delicate skin as she ran, her hair tied back in a pretty ponytail.
She still couldn’t turn into a wolf until she was sixteen, so her feet could only carry her a short distance. “Christabel, Christabel. Little Emera called in a soft voice, catching her breath after the long run. It wasn’t that far, but for a seven-year-old girl it was, she was breathing hard, she’d be able to run a long distance once she had her wolf. Christabel turned as she heard her best friend’s voice and a smile appeared almost instantly on her face, lighting it up like the moon illuminates the earth at night. Christabel had worried and looked so sad waiting for Emera for almost thirty minutes on the playground, doing nothing but staring into space. She’d almost given up and wanted to go home, but she’d remembered her father’s voice, which said that a wolf should never give up in any situation. And to wait an hour on a playground without giving up seemed to her to be quite a feat. Christabel was an omega from the Black Moon pack, like her parents, and had no friends other than Emera. No one wanted to play with an omega, but fortunately, she and Emera had grown close through their love of dolls. “You’re here, EMI, I’m so glad you’ve come. She rose from the wooden bench she’d been sitting on and gave Emera a long hug. Emera was a year older than Christabel, making Christabel six, but both were the same height and looked like twins when seen together, wearing almost the same princess dresses they both adored. Christabel wasn’t rich, so Emera always begged her mother to give Christabel some of her favorite princess dresses. “I’m glad we can play now, come on, let’s build a sandcastle. She says happily as she takes Emera by the hand, leading her in the direction of the beach sand. “Yes, I’m here as I promised, and I’m sure that if I hadn’t been allowed, I’d have left the house on the sly, as I always do, and I’d never have left you to play on your own. says little Emera as she walks along. Her statement made Christabel chuckle, and she knew how true Emera’s words were, because they both knew that this wasn’t the first time she’d sneaked out with the Alpha and Luna. They were best friends for life and nothing could keep them apart. The two girls made their way to the playground and began building their sandcastle with big smiles on their faces. “I’m going to build you a house, since you’re the princess of the pack, where you can go off and be happy with your mate,” Christabel said with a smile, which made Emera giggle and blush. Yes, at that age, they both knew what a mate was, and after seeing how their parents behaved with each other, they both wanted one for themselves. Both girls were unaware of the huge shadow behind them that covered them like dark clouds, both busy singing their favorite song Do you want to build a snowman. “And what are you going to build me, darling, a cage where I can finally lock up little omegas like you? The unfamiliar voice became mocking, making Emera and Christabel shiver with fear. They both turned around at the same time and saw their big bully, Chole. The latter was looking with amusement at the two girls, who looked so frightened they were peeing their pants. Fear gripped them both, knowing what the big brute Chole was capable of. It wasn’t the first time she’d attacked them, mocking their princess outfits. Chole doesn’t hit them after insulting and destroying their toys so they know they’re not in danger of physical harm. “I only build castles for Emera, since she’s a princess, not for bullies like you. “ Christabel said in a very small voice, she felt chills run down her spine with every word that came out of her mouth. “Hmmm, so I’m a bully? Well, that’s all the more reason why slaves like you should be locked up in a cage,” said the big bully as he approached the sandcastle Christabel had taken so long to build. “If Emera hadn’t approached her and Chole, who already possessed her wolf powers, they wouldn’t have heard her words. Emera could only look at her angrily, clenching her small fist. “What did you say to me, puppy? You dare answer me,” Chole said angrily, and all the amusement on her face disappeared. “Daddy said I wasn’t a slave,” she repeated, this time in a much clearer tone. Emera was angry that the big bully that was Chole was looking down on her best friend, simply because she was an omega. The lowest rank in the pack, but there was nothing she could do about it: if they joined forces, they’d still be defenseless against Chole. “You’re going to regret answering me.” With that big thump, Chole used his right foot and crushed the sandcastle, turning it to sand. Tears welled up in Christabel’s eyes and rolled down her cheek like a river. “Why did you do that, Chole? That was mean,” says Emera, red-faced and full of fury. “What are you going to do, princess? “she said, punching Emera in the chest and knocking her to the ground, defying the young she-wolf. Emera felt an unknown anger invade her body, she rose from the ground, her eyes grew darker and before they all knew what was happening, Chole fell to the ground with a heavy thud. The two girls immediately looked at each other, confused, before turning back to the body lying on the ground. “What did you do to him, Emera? “Nothing, you were there, I didn’t touch her, I swear,” Emera said, fear darkening her bright green eyes. “I know you didn’t, but your eyes were so dark I was scared for a minute. “ “My eyes? “ she asked, uncertain. “Yes, they were like huge balls of fire, you know like the ones you see in the movies. Anyway, she deserves it, I hope she doesn’t harass us again after this.” “Alpha. Someone said, clearing their throat. The two girls looked up, horrified, and saw the big brute Chole lower her head in front of her. “I spoke too soon, now we really are going to die for good,” says Christabel, even more frightened than before. “Alpha, do you need anything? “Chole repeats, lowering his head. Christabel and Emera continue to stare at the scene in front of them, confused, and Christabel moves closer to Emera, whispering in her ear. “Are you sure you didn’t do something to her, she’s so sweet and moody it’s scary? “No, I haven’t. “Emera whispered back. And that was the beginning of Emera’s powers, black magic that could suck the evil out of people, and only little Emera could be possessed, which unfortunately came at a price, her life.
